- Answers compared against project data before they are shown, with guardrails for financing, legal and valuation questions
- Displayed confidence computed after generation, kept separate from retrieval similarity
- Handoff tickets to a human broker, and audit logs of the assistant's decisions
- Python and FastAPI, PostgreSQL with pgvector, Redis Streams, locally hosted language models
